Telegram Marketplace
The Telegram Account Marketplace Bot allows users to buy and sell Telegram accounts securely through the TON (The Open Network) blockchain. Built within the Telegram platform, this app provides a seamless experience for crypto-savvy users and traders looking to exchange verified accounts in a secure and decentralized manner.
Design Process
Research & Understanding
To understand user needs, I explored how crypto communities use Telegram, studied existing marketplaces (both crypto and non-crypto), and analyzed how trust is built in anonymous trading environments. The focus was on simplicity, security cues, and guiding users clearly through each step.
Persona & Ideation
I created two personas based on user research:
A crypto trader who buys/sells accounts for business use or flipping
A casual user looking to sell their old account securely
These personas helped shape the UX to support both advanced users familiar with TON and first-time sellers who need clear instructions.
Wireframing & UI Design
I designed low-fidelity flows in FigJam to map out every step in the conversation, from account listing to final transaction. I then built high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, focusing on clarity, trust signals, and minimizing friction in the flow.
Prototyping & Testing
An interactive prototype was created and tested with users familiar with Telegram bots and crypto. Feedback led to refinements in wallet connection flow, added FAQs in the bot, and improvements in how account data is shown to buyers.
