Find My Furry

Find My Furry is a website that helps people find their lost pets or adopt animals that need a home. Users can post or browse listings with pictures, details, and locations. The goal was to design a friendly and easy-to-use platform that connects people who care about animals.

Design Process

Research & Understanding

At the beginning, I looked into how people try to find their lost pets or adopt new ones. I checked competitor websites to understand their structure, features, and overall user experience, and also read user stories on social media to see what works well and what doesn’t.
This helped me realize how emotional this process can be and how important it is to design an experience that feels simple, supportive, and full of hope.

Persona & Ideation

After collecting insights, I created two main personas: one for people who lost their pets and another for those who want to adopt.
These helped me focus on what each group really needs, for example, making it easy to share a lost pet’s details quickly, or helping adopters filter and find the right pet easily.

Wireframing & UI Design

Next, I planned the user flow and sketched wireframes to make sure the pages and actions were easy to follow.
When I moved on to the visual design in Figma, I focused on creating a warm and friendly look with soft colors and simple navigation, something that feels safe and welcoming for users.

Prototyping & Testing
